I grew up in a home where documenting life was second nature—my mum always had a film camera in hand, and my dad filming every family holiday so not a moment would slip away. From them I inherited two gifts that shape my work today: a business head from my father and a nurturing, artistic eye from my mother, who had a way of making everything beautiful.
One photograph, in particular, continues to inspire me: an image of my grandparents on their wedding day, a quiet testament to love, family, and enduring memories. At 21, I moved to London and spent a couple of years travelling across Europe with my camera, documenting traditions, architecture, and the stories they tell. Those journeys sparked a deeper passion that led me to graduate with a Diploma of Photography from RMIT in 2017.

After graduation, I refined my craft second shooting alongside some of Melbourne’s leading luxury and fine art wedding photographers, learning how to capture light, emotion, and storytelling at its most elegant. Today, every wedding and family session I photograph is guided by the same philosophy: to document moments in a way that is heartfelt, elegant and enduring.
I also carry the insight of someone who has stood in your shoes, having now been a bride myself. When my own wedding was exquisitely documented by Lena Lim Photography, I experienced the pace, the emotions, and the delicate choreography of the day from start to finish. That lived experience gives me an instinctive understanding of what couples need: calm guidance, impeccable timing, and the reassurance that every meaningful moment will be preserved with artistry and discretion.
DAY TO DAY

Outside of photography, I live for life’s small and meaningful joys. I spend my days wandering art galleries, exploring country towns and antique shops, and indulging in chocolate without question. I love long walks with my husband, where we constantly find ourselves distracted, commenting on the beauty of nature around us and meeting adorable neighbourhood pets. I adore watching the TV series The Gilded Age—I’m inspired by the elegance, the craftsmanship, and the care that underpinned every detail of that world, which influences the way I notice and capture beauty in real life. My Christian faith quietly underpins everything I do, guiding how I approach life and connect with others.
I’m also deeply passionate about family ancestry and am currently compiling a book to preserve our stories for generations—a journey that connects me to my Irish roots and inspires the way I capture love, connection, and legacy in every image.
